About
I truly love the work I do, and I’m so glad you’re here. I know life can feel overwhelming at times – whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, the weight of depression, or the stress of navigating anything from daily life to big transitions. I’m here to create a judgment-free space where you can open up and sort through the hard stuff. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and highly collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and instead I aim to listen closely and work with you to find what feels most helpful and supportive. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, caring presence and the way I help them feel understood and empowered. You can expect me to listen with compassion, and also provide practical tools you can take with you into daily life. My hope is that therapy with me feels like a safe place where you can breathe a little easier, feel seen, and start moving toward the changes you want for yourself.

Treatment Approaches
I incorporate tools from different modalities depending on your needs – I borrow from cognitive- behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), and I am certified in the adolescent community reinforcement approach for substance use (A-CRA). For children, I mostly use play, games, and art therapeutically to speak their language. Generally, I am very person-centered and relational, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-focused.
