I offer a grounded, practical approach to therapy, focusing on what is genuinely helpful in your day-to-day life. I believe that people are their own experts, and the counseling dynamic must be defined by respect, acceptance, and compassion.
I obtained my Master’s degree in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Seminary, graduating with distinction. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association.
I am committed to an integrative approach rooted in evidence-based theoretical approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy.
If you want to make a change in your life, find release from things of the past, or better understand what is going on in your present, it would be a privilege to walk with you.
I am currently accepting new clients, including children, teens, and adults.
