George Mouzakis formally served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Refresh Mental Health, a national behavioral health organization. George is the founder of Family Counseling Associates, a multidisciplinary mental health practice in the Metro Boston area. He is a licensed educational psychologist and licensed independent clinical social worker. He completed his undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of Massachusetts. George completed his graduate studies in clinical social work at Boston College and went on to earn a postgraduate degree in educational psychology from Tufts University. George has past research experience at the Jean Meyer Institute for Aging at Tufts University which includes investigating the impact of diet and nutrition on neuropsychological processes such as spatial memory and learning.
