Treatment Approach
Each season of life presents unique challenges. While we often rely on our close relationships to help us navigate these hardships, there are times when additional support can be beneficial. In my work, I strive to assist you in exploring how your experiences, emotions, and relationships have shaped the way you encounter life’s challenges. Together, we will work to empower you to cultivate a deeper understanding of your internal landscape, which, in turn, can foster growth and
build resilience.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs, drawing from methods such as:
Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Qualifications
I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis College. After almost four years of clinical work in an acute DCF residential facility, partial hospitalization, and in-home therapy (IHT), I have completed the requirements to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
