Brittany Broderick, PsyD
Psychologist
Nothing seems to be working. You’ve tried the self-help books, the podcasts, the affirmations, the green juices. You’ve tried gritting your teeth and pushing through another day. But the exhaustion is creeping in. The heaviness, the loneliness, and the isolation all seem overwhelming. And you’ve been carrying this weight all alone. We can share this weight and walk the path together.
In our sessions, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. I offer compassionate care rooted in the belief that we are all capable of personal growth and change. We discuss your past and your present. We explore your experiences, your relationships, your strengths, and your areas of growth. We then make a plan to move in the direction of your goals and hopes for the future.
What could this future look like? Maybe you will wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, focused, and ready for the day. Maybe you will make significant progress on your health-related goals. Maybe you will approach existing and new relationships with an open heart and a different perspective. Or maybe you will be able to take a deep breath and be joyfully present in the world around you.
This is all the work of therapy. We will get there together.
